WHAT WE DO

We buy commercial real estate for our REIT and distribute the rent to investors so that they can have stable long term passive income, but skip the headaches of being a landlord. 

But what about Covid-19?

The commercial real estate market looks like the next year or two may end up being the best prices in a decade to buy buildings, which is excellent, but the immediate future may be bumpy, which is why we are purchasing the first buildings with no debt to reduce risk. 

How can you compete with the giant Wallstreet REITs?

By working with the investors they don’t really care about. The big guys can land multi-billion dollar investments from institutional investors. They are not having one on one meetings at kitchen tables with wealthy entrepreneurs, they're too busy landing their next pension fund.

Are your people experienced at buying buildings like these?

Jess & Nick's large scale commercial real estate experience started 15 years ago and John has owned and operated millions of dollars of these types of buildings for 30 years. Our team member in charge of our acquisitions has 18 years of real estate acquisition experience. He has been integral to the acquisition of over $2B of apartment, retail, office and hotel properties. He has worked for companies ranging from large public REITs on the East Coast as well as in the Intermountain West all the way down to brand new start-ups.
