Many funds have a timeline as the type of projects they work on are a specific development and when the project is completed it is sold, the investors get their return and the Fund managers move on to the next project. The founders of Graystoke wanted to build an investment that could generate returns for the long term, an investment that could be passed onto their grandkids, grandkids. The Founders of Graystoke have a passion for outdoor adventures and do not believe this is a fad that is going to go away anytime soon.
