We do not have a minimum investment, and at this time we are looking for $172,000 and once we have raised that we will put potential investors on a waiting list and contact them once we have our next project ready to go.
Medium Length Answer
This type of opportunity is very scalable, and really can start to feed on its own success, as we prove out a location we will be able to expand the location, as long as the numbers are improving we should be able to continue to increase the unit count in that particular area. We are also not restricted to any particular geographic area or Country. It is our intention to do this long term and anticipate getting the total funds assets to over 100M.
