After all the real estate expenses and fund expenses like the 1.5% management fee the profits are split as follows:
From 0 to first 8%: 100% goes to you the investors.
If we can generate returns higher than that on the portion between 9% and 19% there will be a 70%/30% split with you the investor receiving 70%
If we can generate returns higher than that on the portion 20% and above they will be split 50/50. Please review the PPM for a more detailed explanation.
